Q. Who will be the legal registrant?
A. When you register a domain through the ABC-reg system, you specify who is the legal registrant. This can be a person or a company.

Q. Do you offer telephone support?
A. In order to keep this service a cost effective solution, we do not offer telephone support. All technical support is done through our email support system.

Q. Do you charge for domain transfers to another registrar?
A. No, we guarantee that we do not charge for authorising transfers to another registrar. You can transfer the nameservers and/or IPSTAG through your domain contol panel.

Q. Can I change the nameservers of my domain?
A. Yes - you have full control over your domains through your Domain Control Panel.

Q. Can I change the legal registrant of a domain?
A. To change the legal registrant of any UK domain, you need to fill the form in on the back of your registration certificate. Registration certificates are sent to you directly by Nominet, but be aware that they can take six months or longer to arrive.
